Within the theme “The Council Of Elrond”, Aniron is a song entirely in Sindarin, the Tolkenian version of Gaelic: it is the love song that binds Aragorn to Arwen, it is sung when Aragorn and Arwen finally find themselves alone in Rivendell.

La parola che Roma Ryan ha usato come titolo della sua canzone, Aníron, non appare nel corpus di vocaboli pubblicati. Si può trovare soltanto e aníra, che sono tradotte da Tolkien «egli desidera» (inglese he desires in Sauron Defeated, p. 129). E basta. Nessuno sa come coniugarlo, o che tipo di verbo sia. Sappiamo (PE:17, p. 132; vedere la pagina all’inizio del mio articolo) che in sindarin «io cresco» è galon, ma «io faccio» è cerin, non **ceron. Se si sa come coniugare un verbo elfico, ciò non significa che si sappia come coniugare tutti i verbi elfici. Questo è esattamente ciò che è la generalizzazione affrettata. Roma Ryan ha fabbricato Aníron solamente con la sua immaginazione e non seguendo le regole di coniugazione del sindarin, che né lei, né noi sappiamo. (Edouard Kloczko da qui)
2) Arwen is a half-elf who renounces her immortality out of love. In the tales of Tolkien is a secondary character, not so in the cinematographic transposition: she is the Lady who embodies the Sovereignty, or rather the seal on the return of the King, and it is the love for her that sustains Aragorn in his enterprise (chivalrous love)
